The staffs were really nice and attentive. We have been accomodated thoroughly because of this we stayed a little longer.

The size of the room was the biggest we have stayed in around Japan this far. Front counter staff member was friendly and spoke great English, very accommodating.

the rooms are perfect and equipped with a microwave in the room, making it easy for visitors to warm up food without having to leave the room
